The hotel provided a seamless experience. It exceeded my expectations. the complimentary Wi-Fi worked without any issues, which allowed me to stay connected.
The gym equipment was a little dated! though functional.

the room didn't match the description online? nor was it properly set up for the number of guests. even after changing rooms due to cigarette smoke, the new room was still not correctly prepared for three guests.

The staff greeted me warmly. They helped ensure my comfort. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. Everything felt fresh and organized. The restaurant provided amazing food. Staff ensured I was well-satisfied with my meal. They accommodated my specific requests. I also enjoyed the wide variety of options available in the lounge.
The gym needed better sanitization protocols, which i thought was strange.

My room was clean and quite spacious. The staff showed good behavior . The hotel location is convenient, close to transportation options.
The hotel seemed a bit old. It appears to need some refurbishment to bring it up to date. The Arc bar looked worn. The space felt stuffy, not very inviting at all.
